Anchorage uses the details you provide to manage your Level Ground registration and communicate about this event. Your name, email, and phone number are required. A WhatsApp number and the church you attend are optional.

Where it is saved

Registrations are saved in the event’s hosted database. Only the authorised organiser account can view the registration list on this website. A copy of your submitted details, registration reference, and consent time is sent to Formspree, the form service chosen by the organisers. Formspree stores submissions and can notify the organisers by email according to their form settings.

Organisers can export the registration list and, when connected, copy it to their Google Sheet. Your passport access token is never sent to Formspree or Google Sheets.

Your passport

Your passport contains your name, registration reference, and attendance status. Its private link gives access to that information, so keep it safe. Your email address and phone number are not displayed on the passport.

Event updates and attendance

Your agreement covers registration and updates for this event. Confirming that you plan to attend records your intention; an organiser records check-in when you arrive. Downloading a calendar file does not send a message to you or anyone else. Automated attendee email or SMS reminders are not currently enabled.

Corrections and deletion

Contact Anchorage’s event organisers to request a correction or deletion of your registration. The contact number will be added when confirmed. The organisers should apply your request to both the event database and any copies in Formspree, exports, or Google Sheets.
